Workout Fitness Timer supports you in nearly all sports. No matter if you are in the studio, at home or outdoor. You are able to choose individual settings and save them. Through the exact timing you are able to increase your workout intensity!

One option is to add sets. E.g. you want to repeat your invididual circle, consisting of 10 exercises, maybe 5 times, in between one minute pause. Reruns and pause timing you choose as you like.

Further, you are able to choose your favorite powermusic from your own playlist and also a song for the breaks inbetween.

Your energy consumption is an estimate calculation with help of the MET data. (You can choose between a whole bunch of different sports). Your workout success you can view in your personal statistic page. At the moment only online. But of course for all BETAworkout-Apps!
